Privacy Policy

About This Policy
VALiNTRY360 (“we” or “us”) is a Salesforce consulting firm based in Winter Park, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through valintry360.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
This policy covers our website and the forms on it. It does not cover the Salesforce orgs or other systems we work in for clients. That work is governed by our client agreements.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name and work email
- Your company name
- What you need help with, such as a Salesforce assessment
- Anything you write in a message field
We also keep what you share when you email us at info@VALiNTRY360.com or call 800-360-1407.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, our tools collect some technical details, such as:
- Your IP address and general location (city or region)
- Your browser, device and operating system
- The pages you view, how long you stay and the site that sent you
We collect this through cookies and similar tools, described below.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Reply to your request and schedule an assessment or call
- Send you the resources you ask for, such as a checklist
- Follow up about our Salesforce services, if you have shown interest
- Understand how people use our site so we can improve it
- Protect our site and forms from spam and abuse
- Meet legal requirements
We do not currently add people who fill out our forms to a marketing email list. If that changes, we will update this policy, and every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Cookies and Tracking Tools
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them, along with similar tools, to run the site, measure traffic and block spam. These are the main tools we use:
| Tool | Provider | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Measures visits, pages viewed and traffic sources | |
| Google Tag Manager | Loads our analytics, ad and other site tools | |
| Google Ads | Measures how our Google ads perform and shows our ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing) | |
| reCAPTCHA | Checks that form entries come from people, not bots | |
| CookieYes | CookieYes | Shows our cookie banner and saves your cookie choices |
| Cloudflare | Cloudflare | Delivers and secures the site |
Google’s use of data is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. To stop seeing our ads based on your visits, reject advertising cookies in our cookie banner or manage your Google ad settings at My Ad Center.
Your cookie choices. When you first visit, our CookieYes banner lets you accept or reject cookies that are not needed to run the site. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage Cookies” link at the bottom of our pages. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
Do Not Track. Browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no common standard for responding to it, so our site does not change how it works when this signal is on. Use the “Manage Cookies” link to control cookies on our site.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or share your personal information.
We share information only in these cases:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run our site, such as our host, our form tool (WPForms), and the Google and CookieYes tools listed above. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- Business changes. If we merge with or are bought by another company, your information may transfer as part of that deal.
- With your permission. When you ask us to share it.
Keeping and Protecting Your Information
We keep contact and lead information until you ask us to delete it. Google Analytics keeps data for the retention period set in our account.
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to our systems. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you marketing emails
To make a request, email info@VALiNTRY360.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Where these rights apply. VALiNTRY360 is based in Florida. We honor the requests above for every visitor, no matter where you live.
