According to Salesforce, it will “deliver the Salesforce Customer 360, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Industries, and more, on major public clouds.”
Einstein Automate delivers new capabilities for complex business functions in practically any industry to be automated through intelligent workflows and allows for data integration across any system with a few simple clicks, not reams of complex code.
