Most Salesforce projects start the same way. A Salesforce Account Executive hears about a customer’s problem, brings in a partner, and the three of them try to agree on what should happen next. When that first conversation goes well, a single project can grow into years of shared work. If it goes poorly, everyone spends the next six months fixing the plan.
Tony Ferrari has spent his career making that first conversation go well. That’s why we’re glad to welcome him to VALiNTRY360 as our new Vice President of Sales.
A Career Built Inside the Salesforce Ecosystem

Vice President of Sales, VALiNTRY360
Before joining us, Tony spent more than seven years in the Salesforce partner world. Most recently, he served as Senior Account Executive and Engagement Manager at Red Argyle, a boutique Salesforce consulting partner. There, he ran the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise organizations in high tech, healthcare, and the public sector. He led discovery, scoped solutions quickly, and saw complex deals through to signature.
Over time, the Salesforce Account Executives and Regional Vice Presidents he worked with came to rely on him. They brought him in because his first engagements tended to grow into long-term transformation roadmaps.
Tony has also put in the study time. He holds Salesforce credentials as a Certified Business Analyst, AI Associate, Agentforce Sales Foundations, and Platform Foundations. On top of that, he completed executive certification in the Sandler Sales Methodology.
When Joe Parris, Co-Founder and President of VALiNTRY360, talked about the hire, he pointed to where our clients are headed:
Tony brings the exact blend of ecosystem acumen, consultative scoping speed, and servant leadership that our clients and partner network require. As enterprise organizations accelerate their transition from traditional CRM to autonomous AI architectures like Agentforce and Data 360, they need agile partners who execute cleanly and protect customer satisfaction. Tony’s proven track record of helping Salesforce account teams win and driving lasting client ROI makes him an exceptional fit to lead our commercial growth.

What Comes Next
At VALiNTRY360, Tony will lead our search for new clients. He’ll also help our enterprise accounts grow their Salesforce programs as their needs change. And he’ll build stronger ties with Salesforce account teams across the country, so we can join customer conversations earlier.
That work connects to what our clients ask us for most. Some want help with Agentforce delivery or Data 360 integration.
Others have an org that has grown messy over the years. They need a clear plan for what comes next, and a growth and efficiency roadmap gives them one. Many want a team to keep things running after go-live through ongoing managed services.
More and more, customers want all of it at once. They want to clear out years of technical debt and put AI agents to work in the same breath. Those two goals depend on each other, because an AI agent can only perform as well as the data and permissions behind it. Tony sees the same pattern, and he spoke to it when he explained why he joined us:
VALiNTRY360 has built a stellar reputation for deep technical rigor, exceptional client retention, and a delivery-first culture. Salesforce customers today are looking for agile partners who can eliminate platform technical debt and rapidly deploy next-generation capabilities like Agentforce and unified data foundations. I am thrilled to join VALiNTRY360 to expand our market reach and build trusted, high-impact partnerships with Salesforce account teams across the country.

The goal for customers is one shared plan. Your Salesforce account team, your internal team, and our consultants should all agree on it before work begins. If you’re not sure where your org stands today, our AI readiness assessment is a good place to start.
The Other Side of Tony
Tony’s follow-through shows up outside the office, too. In 2013, he founded Furever Friends, Inc., a foster-based dog rescue, and he still leads it as president. Since then, the group has placed more than 950 dogs in adoptive homes.
Running a volunteer foster network for more than a decade takes patience and steady planning. Tony brings those same habits to his work with clients.
Welcome to the team, Tony.
If you’re planning Agentforce, Data 360, or cleanup work in your Salesforce org, Tony and our team would like to hear what you’re working on. You can connect with Tony on LinkedIn or schedule a conversation with our team. Or call us at 800-360-1407.
