Built Around How Your Teams Raise Money and Run Programs
VALiNTRY360 builds Salesforce for nonprofit organizations. We set up Agentforce Nonprofit, move you off NPSP or Raiser’s Edge, train every team and run the org after go-live, so Salesforce for nonprofits fits how your fundraising, program, grants and finance staff already work.
We fix 4 problems nonprofits routinely bring: donor data split across tools, an NPSP org held together by workarounds, a Raiser’s Edge exit and a build another partner left unfinished. Each one starts with a discovery workshop, where we document what every team needs before anything gets configured.
With our Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization, you receive one certified team and a written plan before any configuration starts. Your board agrees on the baselines we measure against, so the project ends in numbers its members trust.
We partner with nonprofits already on Salesforce and those choosing it for the first time, whether they run a single program or several programs with finance and marketing systems connected.
What Our Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization Covers
VALiNTRY360 delivers Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization as 5 services. Our certified Salesforce consultants for nonprofits can run any one on its own or carry your org from the first build into monthly support.
Agentforce Nonprofit implementation
We set up Agentforce Nonprofit, renamed from Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud in December 2025, as a new org configured around your teams. Each Agentforce Nonprofit implementation covers Power of Us licenses where you qualify, user roles, sharing rules, data loads and team training.
Best for: nonprofits new to Salesforce or starting on donated licenses.
Moving from NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit
We remap every NPSP object to the Agentforce Nonprofit data model and rebuild your reports, automations, connected apps and page layouts on the new objects. Each team practices on test records in a sandbox before cutover day, so the first live gift uses screens staff already know.
Best for: NPSP orgs whose reports and automations need a full rebuild.
Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud migration to Salesforce
We migrate constituent records, gifts, appeals and campaign history out of Raiser’s Edge NXT and other Blackbaud tools into Salesforce for nonprofits. Your development team opens Salesforce on day 1 with the appeal reports and donor segments it used every week in Raiser’s Edge.
Best for: nonprofits with a Blackbaud contract renewal on the calendar.
Salesforce managed services for nonprofits
Our Salesforce managed services give you fixed monthly or tiered support from certified admins who know NPSP and Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. We test each of Salesforce’s 3 yearly releases in a sandbox, onboard new employees, keep board reports current and handle user requests.
Best for: nonprofits without a full-time Salesforce admin on the payroll.
Nonprofit Salesforce health check and rescue
Our Salesforce health check audits an existing NPSP or Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud org across security, data quality, automation, code and integrations. You also receive an executive scorecard summarizing the health of each audited area for your board on a single page.
Best for: orgs with failing automations or unexplained security gaps.

Nonprofits We Support with Salesforce
Salesforce for nonprofit organizations looks different for each of the 5 kinds we support. Our Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization shapes each build around how that organization raises money and delivers its mission.
Human services and community nonprofits get case management and outcome tracking tied to the donors and grants that fund each program. Foundations and grantmakers get every funding decision tracked against its approved grant budget through final payment.
Membership and advocacy groups track dues and renewals in the same org as their donors. Hospital foundations get grateful patient programs that link each donor to the department they support, and university advancement offices get alumni giving on one record per alumnus.
Agentforce Nonprofit Configuration for Each Team
With our Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization, each team gets its own screens and reports on launch day, connected to the tools it already uses. Each Agentforce Nonprofit implementation covers the 6 areas below, and you prioritize which teams go live first.
Fundraising and development:
We configure Gift Entry for batch processing and Gift Commitments for recurring and pledged giving. We integrate your payment processor and Marketing Cloud or Account Engagement for appeals.
Program and case management:
Program enrollment, service delivery, outcome tracking and case management share a participant record. We integrate intake forms and an Experience Cloud portal where participants need self-service access.
Volunteer management:
We configure roles, shifts, skills matching and reminders on the native volunteer tools in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. A volunteer portal lets volunteers register for shifts and log their hours online.
Grantmaking:
Applications, reviews, disbursements and grantee reports all run through one grant record. We integrate an applicant portal for submissions and DocuSign, so grantees sign their agreements electronically.
Finance:
We configure the Accounting Subledger so every gift and grant payment creates the right accounting entries. Gift payments post to NetSuite or your current ERP general ledger without anyone re-entering them.
Leadership and board:
A board and funder reporting pack refreshes itself from live fundraising and program data in Salesforce. We integrate it with Outlook and SharePoint, so leaders open the quarterly deck where they already work.
Agentforce Agents for Nonprofits
We deploy the prebuilt agent templates in Agentforce Nonprofit and configure each one for the team that relies on it daily. Setup starts during discovery for each Agentforce Nonprofit implementation, and each agent goes live only after its owning team tests it against realistic scenarios.
The Prospect Research agent gives fundraisers philanthropic history and wealth capacity on one screen, so prospect meetings start with the facts in hand.
The Donor Support agent lets donors change a recurring gift themselves and answers routine questions, so your team spends less time on simple requests.
The Participant Management agent summarizes each participant’s interactions with your staff and flags needs before the next case review takes place.
The Volunteer Capacity and Coverage agent suggests volunteer schedules and alerts coordinators to coverage gaps before shifts start each week.
Salesforce for nonprofit organizations holds donor and client data side by side, so each agent gets its own permission set and a hand-off rule that routes questions it can’t answer to a named staff member. Agents consume Flex Credits, so our Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization includes a monthly credit forecast before any agent reaches donors or participants. Our Salesforce AI solutions include custom agents beyond these templates.
NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit Migration
We build Agentforce Nonprofit in a new org alongside your NPSP org, because the 2 products don’t share a data model and Salesforce offers no push-button conversion. Our Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization scopes every NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit migration like a new implementation, with its own discovery.
If your org already runs Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, it’s on the new data model, and we review the features it hasn’t activated yet. For NPSP orgs, our Salesforce consultants for nonprofits set cutover for a quiet week in your fundraising calendar, away from year-end giving and your biggest appeals.

Person Accounts are a prerequisite for Fundraising and Program Management. They count against storage as both an Account and a Contact and can’t be turned off once enabled, so we calculate storage and test them in a sandbox before any data migrates.
How we protect your giving history
Our Salesforce consultants for nonprofits run a test load first and reconcile record counts and giving totals against NPSP before sign-off. We compare a sample of donors your finance team picks, gift by gift and soft credit by soft credit.
Your staff keep working in NPSP until cutover day, and every gift record and recurring schedule makes the move. Then they log in to Agentforce Nonprofit with the same giving history and donor notes they had in NPSP the night before.
Our Nonprofit Salesforce Project Process
VALiNTRY360 follows the same 5 steps every time we build Salesforce for nonprofit organizations, whether it’s a first Agentforce Nonprofit implementation or an NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit migration.
Discovery
We interview each team and review your data and current setup before agreeing on the scope with your project lead. You leave with a scope document and a named contact on our team for every phase of the work.
Solution design
We design the data model, roles, sharing rules and automation, then map every field from your current system. Each team checks the fields that matter to its own daily work before anything gets built.
Build and data migration
We configure the org in a sandbox and load your data across repeated test rounds. You review working screens as each component lands, so your staff understand what launch day looks like.
Testing and role-based training
Your staff test real scenarios and log what feels wrong. Then each group trains on its work: fundraisers on gifts, program staff on cases, finance on the subledger and admins on upkeep.
Launch and hypercare
We go live using a cutover checklist, then hold daily check-ins with each team and resolve whatever breaks. After hypercare, we hand the org to managed services or to your own in-house admin.
Each step ends with a written sign-off from your project lead, so leadership knows what’s finished and what’s next.
How We Measure Salesforce Results for Nonprofits
Our Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization tracks 4 measures you agree to in discovery, so you can see what Salesforce for nonprofits changed for each team. We report every one against its starting baseline in a post-launch results review. Any measure that misses its target gets a corrective plan before we close the project.
What we measure
How we read it
Gift processing time
Hours from a gift’s arrival to its posted record in Salesforce
Duplicate donor rate
Share of contact and household records flagged as duplicates
Weekly logins per user
Each user’s weekly logins across the first 3 months after launch
Records updated per user
Weekly record edits per user, a sign that staff work in the org
AdventHealth University: alumni management
25 years of alumni records, now in one place
AdventHealth University had 25 years of alumni records and no real way to use them. We migrated those records through a full ETL process and set up Opportunity Management to track fundraising. Outlook now sends email activity into Salesforce automatically.
Real California Milk: CRM migration
500 hours of manual data work a year cut to 4
Real California Milk spent 500 hours a year updating SugarCRM data by hand. We migrated its accounts and contacts to Salesforce with quarterly imports that reconcile against existing records automatically. That same work now takes 4 hours a year, roughly 12 working weeks returned.
Tri-County Hearing Services: patient outreach
Every patient reached 7 times within 60 days
Tri-County Hearing Services needed every patient inquiry tracked and followed up without relying on staff memory. We configured Health Cloud with structured cadences and automatic routing to care coordinators. The team now reaches each patient 7 times within 60 days.

All righty. I have to give a massive shout-out to @maccaw for pioneering @reflectnotes. It has already matured to a point where it is a daily driver for me. The speed, focus, and attention to detail (especially perfect bits of structured data) is superb.

Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization
FAQ by VALiNTRY 360
No. Salesforce's April 2026 Help article says NPSP stays supported with no requirement to migrate, and new features go to Agentforce Nonprofit and existing Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud orgs. NPSP orgs miss native volunteer management and the prebuilt agents, so we plan your NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit migration on your timeline.
It depends on how many workarounds NPSP forces on your team. Orgs that pay for add-on packages or rebuild board reports by hand gain the most from moving to Agentforce Nonprofit this year. Our Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization answers that question for your org in discovery, with the reasons and risks of waiting.
Scope determines the timeline: how many teams go live and how many systems connect. A first Agentforce Nonprofit implementation on clean data moves faster than an NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit migration carrying 10 years of giving history, and you get a timeline with a date for each of our 5 steps at the end of discovery.
We inventory every custom field, Flow, Apex class and installed package at the start of an NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit migration. Standard Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud features frequently replace them, and we rebuild the remainder in the new org. Staff preview which reports and list views change before cutover.
Yes. Our Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization audits constituent codes, soft credits, tributes, appeals and funds before anything moves, then maps each one to its new place in Salesforce for nonprofits. Tribute gifts keep their honoree information, so acknowledgment letters still reach the right family after cutover.
Yes. Power of Us is the usual starting point for Salesforce for nonprofits, and we guide you through the application and help you choose the license bundle that fits your teams. We then build your org on those licenses as a new Agentforce Nonprofit implementation, after Salesforce's eligibility review of up to 3 days.
Salesforce's readiness training cautions nonprofits planning to rely on volunteers or interns, and it says organizations that use a consulting partner have a much better chance of long-term adoption. We build Salesforce for nonprofit organizations with a named staff owner and admin documentation that outlast any volunteer.
Nominate one project lead and one power user from each team that will use Salesforce for nonprofits day to day. Power users review the mapping sheet for their team and sign off on their team's screens before launch. Our Salesforce consultants for nonprofits handle configuration, integrations, testing and data migration.
Yes, we identify duplicate donors on name, email, phone and address during test loads, and your team approves each merge before it runs. The surviving record keeps every gift and soft credit, so lifetime giving totals stay correct and your Salesforce for nonprofits reporting starts from a clean donor count on day 1.
Yes, with the right setup. Salesforce has zero data retention agreements with the AI model providers behind the Einstein Trust Layer, so they don't retain your donor data after a response. We also turn on Agentforce activity logging, so your admin can review each conversation and the donor records an agent touched.
Yes, with your compliance lead. HIPAA lets covered entities use limited patient information, like dates of care, for their own fundraising if each message has an opt-out. Salesforce's Business Associate Addendum covers Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud services, and we set up Salesforce for nonprofit organizations to your counsel's rules.
You do. The Salesforce for nonprofits subscription and every record in the org belong to your nonprofit. At handover, VALiNTRY360 gives your admin full access plus documentation of every configuration and integration, so your team can run the org or return to our Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization later.
Yes. When another partner leaves your Salesforce project unfinished, VALiNTRY360 reviews the configuration, open tickets, data quality and documentation, then agrees on a plan that lists what we fix first and what we finish later. Our partner transition checklist shows what to collect from your current partner before the handover.
Yes, your admin joins discovery and design and reviews every configuration change in the sandbox before launch. That way your admin inherits an org they helped shape and already knows how to maintain. Our Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization covers the larger builds that fall outside their weekly schedule.
You get Salesforce consultants for nonprofits who also deliver Agentforce and Health Cloud projects, which matters for AI agents and hospital foundations. VALiNTRY360 builds ERP, marketing, payment and e-signature integrations across sectors, so they're routine parts of our Salesforce for Nonprofit Organization.
