Salesforce’s announcements include the acquisition of messaging service Slack, the re-architecture of the Salesforce platform (dubbed Hyperforce), and, finally, Einstein Automate which is a tool that more efficiently automates complex workflows within Salesforce.

According to Salesforce, it will “deliver the Salesforce Customer 360, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Industries, and more, on major public clouds.”

Einstein Automate delivers new capabilities for complex business functions in practically any industry to be automated through intelligent workflows and allows for data integration across any system with a few simple clicks, not reams of complex code. By transforming mundane, time-consuming tasks such as verifying customer account information or processing insurance claims into automated workflows, team members can increase their productivity and improve the customer experience no matter where they work.
